A couple of questions
I know that there aren't a ton of you who read this, but I'll take a chance anyways. I am doing a talk this weekend and I have a couple of questions for you.
What is your general feeling about the New Year?
What kinds of things are you hoping to change in your life next year?
What was the most memorable thing about 2005 for you?
THX!

i'll leave a non-spam comment that actually responds to your question - how's that? :)
general feeling: pretty good, looking forward to a new year to start clean on a few things
hoping to change: reading the Bible in a more structured and consistent way. i'm looking for a good daily reading plan to read it thru in 2006, something i've never really done
memorable in 2005: getting deeply involved @ seacoast has been wonderful, exciting and scary - how's that?
General Feeling About the New Year: Excited! The new year is a always about a new opportunity to try something new - become somebody new - learn something new!
Change in 2006: Eliminate CC Debt - ouch! To make my relationship with Christ more of a priority in life vs my own life being my priority!
Memorable thing in 2005: Experiencing the faithfullness of God no matter how I have felt (or haven't felt) about Him.
What is your general feeling about the New Year?
I'm pretty pumped
What kinds of things are you hoping to change in your life next year?
Quite a bit. The most obvious will be my career. The least obvious (to people other than my wife who sees all the "behind-the-scenes" stuff) would be consistency with my faith in God. Not that I don't trust Him, but sometimes I just forget that I do ; ) More listening to God, also. Heard a pastor say we have two ears and one mouth - we should listen twice as much as we talk.
What was the most memorable thing about 2005 for you?
+1 year anniversary - what a blessing.
+Praying with my wife - never prayed w/ anyone before on a consistent basis, and it has opened the door for serious transformation from God.
+Joining a small group. Never hung out with believers before. Contrary to my previous beliefs, they were not superheros - they were just like me... a bit nicer though : )
Dude,
I have no idea
